Rosita has 28 years of experience dealing with both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property, entertainment and information technology issues in Hong Kong and the Mainland China. She handles the full spectrum of intellectual property work from enforcement, litigation to licensing and portfolio management. 

Rosita is a former IP Partner of Mayer Brown (formerly known as Johnson Stokes & Master, then JSM, then Mayer Brown JSM) and she has advised global conglomerates and Hong Kong blue-chip clients on their global trademark portfolio and enforcement portfolio in APAC, spreading across different industry sectors such as financial services, real estate, retail, hospitality as well as luxury and fashion.

Stephanie graduated from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom with a Bachelor degree in Laws, completed Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong and qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in year 2020.

Prior to joining ELLALAN, Stephanie worked as a Trainee Solicitor at Hastings & Co. in the practice areas of Intellectual Property, Litigation and Corporate.
 
At ELLALAN, she has been handling a wide range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, such as prosecution, oppositions, and enforcement. In particular, she has been managing the contentious cases of a global IP portfolio of a multinational technology company. Stephanie has also assisted clients from various industries, including fashion luxury brands and media and entertainment.
