Workshop Agenda
Session 1: Generative AI in Financial Operations
Explore the fundamentals of generative AI and its application in financial operations. Understand common operational challenges and discover use cases such as automated report generation, reconciliation, and audit trail automation. Includes a live demo of using large language models (LLMs) to analyze customer enquires.
Session 2: Prompt Engineering for Operational Efficiency
Learn how to craft effective prompts to automate financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance tasks. Techniques for extracting structured data from unstructured inputs and chaining prompts for complex workflows will be covered.
Session 3: Automating Financial Workflows with AI
Delve into designing AI-assisted workflows tailored for finance teams. Topics include integrating LLMs with ERP, CRM, and audit tools, as well as monitoring and validating AI outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Session 4: Building a Scalable AI Operations Assistant
Focus on creating a lightweight, scalable AI assistant for finance operations that automates document ingestion, summarization, and reporting. Emphasizes compliance and practical deployment consideration.
