90-minute session of C-suite AI leadership programme, with the intention to be direct, provocative, and hard hitting around what it takes to succeed with AI

- This is a high‑intensity, interactive session delivered in two parts, guiding participants from key insights to clear strategies and actionable next steps

- The session aims to align participants on the ten essential foundations for successful AI projects and introduces a five-stage AI maturity model to assess readiness and set improvement goals
