Instructor: 

Mr. Quincy Tse - Quincy has over 15 years of experience in business developments in the Fintech industries where he had successfully built an APAC syndicated loans platform business from scratch for a start-up. Before StarCompliance, Quincy worked as Director of Special Projects at the Chairman Office of Foxconn Technology Group where he was responsible for working with the White House and the Wisconsin Department of Administration for Foxconn's Investment project in Wisconsin. He was also responsible for International PR of the Group and execution of Chariman's strategic projects. Outside work, Quincy has been co-running Education charities since 2002 and he is the co-Founder of REACH, an education charity which offers English reading programme for underserved communities in Hong Kong.

Mr. SL Cheung - abc Multiactive (Hong Kong) Limited is a system and service vendor of HKEx’s Broker Supplied Systems (BSS) and principally engaged in designing and implementing the FinTech & RegTech Solution for over 30 years in Hong Kong. Being joined abc Multiactive (HK) Limited for more than 18 years, Mr. Cheung is Qualified Accountant heading the overall financial function in the company. He has over 24 years of experience in the financial field working for listed companies and PwC HK. Recent years, he engaged and deeply involved in the business development of the company's RegTech Solutions and devoted himself promoting RegTech Industry in Hong Kong.

Ms. Jenny Chow - Jenny Chow is a seasoned practitioner with more than 25 years of experience in securities law and compliance. She has formerly served as a member of the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance drafting team, C-suite executive of multiple investment banks, as well as the Chief Compliance Officer on SDG Development with the United Nations Development Program of UNSIF (United Nations SDG Innovative Finance).
She is also a serial entrepreneur and now with the focus on her Web 3.0 Fintech startup, which has multiple projects recognized and supported by Cyberport and HKTech300 of City University of Hong Kong.
Jenny has been providing compliance training for professionals in the banking and financial services sector on regulatory compliance, ethics and code of conduct, AML and sanctions, regulatory trends, financial crime prevention, governance risks, as well as insights into various aspects of best compliance practices. 
Jenny has a passion to serve the professional banking and financial services sector in Hong Kong and the community as a whole. She is the Chairperson of the RegTech Association of Hong Kong, and has been invited to become one of the speakers at a RegTech course she is developing for the youths of Hong Kong in partnership with the Cyberport and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She is also a trainer and the programme creator of some of the continuous professional development programmes for the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (e.g. Certified Bankers). Recently, she has partnered with CityU SCOPE to teach their latest “Future Intelligence Ready Skills Training Program” to cultivate their undergraduate students.
