Can I reserve seats for an event/ training programme and settle the payment right before the registration deadline? 
A: Event/ Training programme fee must be submitted on the same day of registration.
How will Cyberport Academy make use of my Personal Data?
A: Personal Data collected will be used for processing your application for admission, administrative, research and statistical purposes and will also be used for marketing purposes of sending you information relating to Cyberport Academy’s latest developments, industry support services, events and training programmes. Personal data will be treated in strict confidence. Unless otherwise agreed by you, Cyberport Academy will not transfer Personal Data to any third parties.
Can I get my enrolment fee if I withdraw my registration of Cyberport Academy’s training programmes in writing?
A: Enrolment fee is not refundable. Subject to the approval of Cyberport Academy, you may nominate a person to attend the programme on your behalf, at least 3 working days in advance before commencement of that training programme.
Is my registration for Cyberport Academy’s training programmes confirmed upon payment acceptance?
A: Cyberport Academy reserves the right to reject any application in any circumstances and for whatever reasons. Payment of programme fees should only be construed as conditional acceptance of application. To be accepted for any application, you are required to fulfill the admission requirements.

How to become a training partner with Cyberport Academy?
A: We welcome experts from our six core focuses (Fintech, Smart Living, E-Sports & Digital Entertainment, AI & Big Data, Blockchain and Cybersecurity) to join us as guest speakers or training partners. Interested parties are invited to send proposals and resumes to us by email (training@cyberport.hk)
What is Cyberport Academy attendance policy?
A: According to Cyberport Academy / relevant institutions’ attendance monitoring requirements, learners will NOT be given any Continuing Professional Development (CPD) credits and/or attendance record if they are late and/or absent from the class for more than a total of 15 minutes.
