As generative AI reshapes the marketing landscape, it is no longer a question of if financial institutions should adopt this technology, but how they can do so effectively, securely, and with a clear return on investment. This session moves beyond basic theory to provide a strategic playbook for integrating AI into marketing workflows. Participants will learn how to leverage generative AI to enhance campaign strategy, ensure brand and regulatory compliance, automate content creation, and design AI-powered systems to lead their teams into a new era of marketing efficiency and personalization.
Workshop Objectives
This workshop is designed to equip financial marketing leaders with the knowledge to:
• Understand the strategic impact of generative AI on financial marketing, including its potential for ROI and competitive advantage
• Develop frameworks for creating and managing compliant, on-brand AI prompt libraries for their teams
• Learn to automate and optimize marketing campaign workflows by integrating AI with existing CRM and analytics platforms
• Design an AI-powered marketing engine using no-code principles to support content generation, testing, and performance analysis
• Evaluate the security, privacy, and regulatory implications of using AI tools with sensitive company and customer data
Workshop Approach
The workshop will employ a dynamic and interactive teaching approach that combines expert instruction with practical application. The methodology includes:
